The vertical load and stiffness of G8064 air spring at design height comply with the technical requirement from Table4 and Table5.
1.1 Maximal Compressed and Extended Test
Set the air spring on the test bench, charge it with 0.7MPa Pressure of air, pull it up to the maximal working height and empress it down to the minimal working height. After 5 cycles, observe whether there are leakage and abnormal deformation. Record the maximal diameter of the air spring at the minimal working height in Table 6. Figure 4 is the photograph of compressed test.
